Works on paper are often very personal and meaningful to the owner. When we service any paper, we exercise the usual caution, plus a little extra on top.

All of the work we do is designed to be as minimally invasive and as reversible as possible. When conserving and restoring artwork and antiques, we prioritize the longevity and preservation of the piece, as well as the intent of the artist.

We will not perform any services that we believe will ultimately damage a piece (either immediately or over time) or compromise the integrity of the artist’s hand in the piece. We reserve the right to refuse requests that present moral opposition.

We apologize in advance, and understand that these staunch beliefs may be bad for business, but it is worse for the soul.
